I want to see God’s kingdom expressed through faith, work and everyday life. Teaching, serving people and building businesses are different ways I pursue that calling.
Businesses meet real needs. They create value, employment, operating capacity and resources. I want to steward that capacity well, in service of people and God’s kingdom, rather than make commercial success an end in itself.

Identity takes shape
in people and places.
I am drawn to questions of identity. First, who we are in Christ and how that truth shapes the way we live. I also think about how an organisation understands itself, its people and its culture.
Workplaces can express that identity. I am exploring how workplace strategy can help people work well in spaces that reflect who they are. It is a growing point of view, alongside the business work I already do.
